Hints:

• Send the Skills &  Words for Stories sheet home on Monday for the students to use as a study guide at home.

• Print each category (spelling words, vocabulary words, other vocabulary words) of word cards  on a different color of paper.

• Print the definitions on white paper, cut apart, and  tape  together to fit into a pocketchart.

• Use a Fiskar paper cutter (used for scrapbooking) to cut word cards and definitions apart.

• When finished with the story, put all cards and definitions into a small manila envelop.
